Jenna Weinberg was privileged to join the MAZON board as a student representative while studying at the University of Michigan. Five years later, she continues to believe in the power of mobilizing the Jewish community to help end hunger in the US and Israel.
Jenna currently serves on the boards of Slingshot, the New Israel Fund, HEKDESH: Dorot Alumni Giving Circle, and the Nathan and Lillian Weinberg Family Foundation. She was a recipient of a Dorot Fellowship in Israel in 2013-2014 where she worked to advance equal opportunities for Palestinian/Arab Israelis, studied Israel’s philanthropic sector, and dabbled in art.
Jenna served as the Special Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at the New Israel Fund from 2012-2013. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan (2011) where she concentrated in International Studies and Judaic Studies.
