This Is Hunger Opening Night Gala
"A profound experience."
"I am touched, moved and inspired."
These are some of the responses we heard after launching our This Is Hunger tour and wow, does it make us proud!
Last week, on November 16, we took an evening to celebrate the (years of) work behind This Is Hunger. Longtime MAZON supporters and board members attended our Opening Night Gala, with special guest emcee LA County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl.

This Is Hunger is a community engagement program that illuminates the profound prevalence of hunger in America, encourages us to raise our voices on behalf of the 42.2 million Americans who struggle with hunger every day, and ignite our community's commitment to end hunger once and for all.
The multimedia experience is on tour nationwide for 10 months with stops around Los Angeles, Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Washington, D.C., the greater New York area, Philadelphia, Boston, Cleveland, St. Louis, Kansas City, Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area.
