Online Giving FAQ's

In order to make our donation process as secure and user-friendly as possible, we have had to make some changes to our online donation form. While we are working to re-establish some of the features we previously offered, some of these are no longer available. We hope that the questions and answers below respond to any concerns you may have as a result of these changes. Can I still send an ecard or printed card with my donation?
Absolutely. When making your donation, click the box for “Dedicate my donation in honor or in memory of someone” to bring up the ecard options. To send a printed card, click the box for “Send a notification letter via postal mail.” Note that MAZON offers several ecard styles, but only one design for printed cards (stained glass).

Can I make a single donation and attach multiple tributes/ecards?
Unfortunately, our current donation form only supports one tribute or ecard per donation. However, you can send both a tribute and an ecard to the same recipient with a single donation. If you have multiple recipients and would like to make only one donation, please call us at 1-800-813-0557 and we can accommodate your request.

How soon are tributes and ecards sent?
Ecards are sent immediately after your donation is processed. Printed cards require more processing time, and are sent within 1-2 business days.

Can I send my tribute or ecard on a later date?
This is a feature that our current donation form no longer supports. However, if you call our office at 1-800-813-0557 we are more than happy to accommodate your request.

Can MAZON store my credit card information for future donations?
While this is a feature that MAZON once offered, for security purposes the decision was made to delete credit card information immediately after a donation has been processed.

Why doesn’t my tribute information appear in my donation receipt?
This request has been submitted to our support team and we expect it to be functional soon.

Can I give a donation from more than one individual?
Our current online donation form operates at the individual level, so each donation comes into our database through the contact associated with your email address. However, if you’ve previously donated as a couple or family your donation will be applied to your household account.

Can I look up my donation and tribute history using my online profile?
If you “claim” your profile using the link provided in your receipt, you will be able to view your MAZON donation history. However, this will not include your tribute recipients or messages. To obtain this information, please call us at 1-800-813-0557 and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.
