Ana Mendelson became involved with MAZON through her work with Challah for Hunger at the University of Virginia. At UVA, Ana earned degrees in Psychology and Communication Disorders. Her fourth-year capstone was a research-based public service project on creating autism-friendly theatre. After graduation, she joined the Avodah Jewish Service Corps, working as a Client Services Associate at the Medicare Rights Center. Now, she is working toward her master's degree in Speech Language Pathology at Northwestern University. Inspired by her Jewish values, Ana is dedicated to creating a more equitable world through systemic change. She's grateful to partner with MAZON in this work.
