Shirley Davidoff is a Nurse Practitioner and Director of Clinical Services at Cardiology and Interventional Vascular Associates (CIVA) in Dallas, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Master’s of Science and post Master’s certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Women’s University.
Professionally, Shirley has been recognized as a “Great 100 Nurse” in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, guest lecturer for nursing students and organizations on cardiovascular health and treatment, and served as a preceptor for area nurse practitioner programs. Shirley is an Associate of the American College of Cardiology and a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Preventive Cardiovascular Nurses Association.
Shirley is very involved in the Jewish community, locally and nationally. Shirley has been a board member of MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger since 2008 and currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Planning and Implementation. Shirley is also Chair of the Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC) of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, Treasurer and Executive Board member of Congregation Shearith Israel, and founder and co-chair of Shearith Israel’s IMPACT Poverty and Hunger Mitzvah Committee. Additionally, Shirley is a past Torah Fund honoree and has served as a co-chair of the Shalom Bayit luncheon.
Shirley is married to Bill and has two sons, Eric and Jeremy.
