Rick Loewenstein is Chief Executive Officer of TeamGame Advisors, a consulting practice working with private and nonprofit sector companies focused on growth and market expansion, organizational development, and community engagement.
Prior to TeamGame Advisors, Rick was Chief Strategy and Growth Officer for Centria Healthcare, a national provider of ABA therapy for children with autism, and rehabilitation services for patients with catastrophic injury. Prior to Centria he was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JARC, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to enabling people with disabilities to live full, dignified lives in the community, and to providing support and advocacy for their families. Other professional roles were Chief Advancement Officer for the Cranbrook Educational Community and CEO of Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, one of the oldest and largest food banks in the country. Prior to his tenure in executive management in the nonprofit sector, Rick was in the private sector food industry. He was named to Crain’s 40 under 40 in 1999, is a graduate of Leadership Detroit XIX, and recently served on the Board of the Autism Alliance of Michigan.
Rick is a graduate of Cranbrook School and Babson College. He and his wife of 37 years, Dana, an attorney and Strategic Gifts Officer for Michigan State University-Hillel, have two sons, Alex (a graduate of U-M Ross School of Business) and Jeremy (a graduate of Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs).
