Randall Lewis serves as Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at a major studio. From a business affairs and legal perspective, Randall oversees the domestic distribution of television series and films. He is primarily responsible for licensing content to video-on-demand streaming services and for cable network transactions.
Prior to his current role, Randall most recently worked at FUSE Media as head of Business & Legal Affairs where he oversaw distribution and production matters relating to the network. He has also worked at the Disney ABC Cable Networks Group as Distribution and Digital Media Counsel. Prior to that, he worked at Infospace Mobile acquiring and licensing mobile content. Randall began his career at the law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips as an Entertainment Litigation Associate.
Randall earned his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley and is licensed to practice law in California. He received his B.A. from Brandeis University where he majored in Philosophy.
