This is Hunger Facilitators Guide: The ‘SNAP Education’ module is the $1.40 Meal Planning Challenge — participants try to plan a nutritious meal within the average per-meal SNAP benefit, then discuss the obstacles (cost, time, kitchen access, dietary restrictions) to eating well on a limited budget.
