Randall Lewis serves as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs and Legal at Paramount Global Content Distribution. From a business affairs and legal perspective, Randall oversees the domestic distribution of CBS, Viacom, Paramount, and Showtime television series and films. He is primarily responsible for licensing content to video-on-demand services (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Apple, ROKU, HBO Max, Peacock) and for cable network transactions.
Prior to joining Paramount, Randall most recently worked at FUSE Media as head of Business & Legal Affairs where he oversaw distribution and production matters relating to the network. He has also worked at the Disney ABC Cable Networks Group as Distribution and Digital Media Counsel. Prior to that, he worked at Infospace Mobile acquiring and licensing mobile content. Randall began his career at the law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips as an Entertainment Litigation Associate.
Randall earned his J.D. from the University of California Berkeley and is licensed to practice law in California. He received his B.A. from Brandeis University where he majored in Philosophy.
