Rachel Lipschutz grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of NY and spent the last 30 years in Central New Jersey. She has just moved to Denver, CO to be back in the mountains. After 20 years as a commercial real estate attorney in NY and NJ, she retired to focus on her family and philanthropy. She has been a co-Leader of the Young Women’s Group of Westfield Hadassah, on the Board of the Jewish Federation of Central New Jersey, and a member of the Campaign Executive Committee of Bold Ambitions: The Campaign for Penn Law. Most recently, Rachel helped a fundraising effort to build and name a new building in memory of her late husband at Crossroads4Hope, a NJ organization dedicated to providing psychosocial support services to address the emotional and social impact of cancer. She joined the board of Crossroads4Hope last year. Rachel is excited to begin a new chapter of her philanthropic life and is exploring ways to meaningfully do so. She has a JD from the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Northeastern University (Beta Gamma Sigma). She enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing in her “other home base” in Puerto Rico, and traveling.
