Join MAZON this MLK day for a one-hour tour offering a civil rights lens to the story of hunger in MAZON’s flagship Hunger Museum. Led by Naama Haviv, MAZON’s Vice President of Community Engagement, this tour explores the social, cultural, and political activism of the 1960’s and 1970’s that reframed access to food as fundamental to racial and gender equality. This tour will take place over the course of an hour, with time for questions and discussion. This tour is free and open to the greater MAZON community. Link provided upon registration.
Before putting food on the table, you need to gather people around it. For almost 40 years, MAZON has been engaging in conversations with a diverse array of policymakers, partners, and other stakeholders who are united in a shared commitment to end hunger. Join MAZON for our upcoming in-person and virtual events.
