MAZON’s Hunger Museum New Curriculum Trainings

May 28, 2024

We invite you to join us on Tuesday, May 28th as we demonstrate MAZON’s new curriculum, featuring our innovative digital resource, The Hunger Museum. This new curriculum, a set of seven lesson plans (including a mini-tour of the Hunger Museum), is anchored in Jewish values, includes a range of interactive activities, and can be used as a unit or in individual lessons. All lessons are suitable for middle and high school students in both informal and semi-formal settings, as well as in formal classrooms.

MAZON will host two sessions facilitated by Shifra Teitelbaum, EdD. The sessions will give you an opportunity to experience several activities and reflect on their applications in your work with youth. Choose the session that works best with your schedule. We will end each session with reflections on the activities and applications for your work with youth.

The first session is at 8:30am PT /11:30am ET. The second session is at 1:00pm PT/4:00pm ET. Both sessions will go over the same lesson plan and will be recorded.
